Creating a Digital Business Card

There are two ways to create a card: manually or by scanning a paper card.

Method 1 — Build from scratch

1From the Dashboard, go to Cards and click Create New.
2The card editor has two tabs: Information and Theme.

Information tab

The Information tab is where you add all your details. It has these sections:

Scan a card — Use the AI scanner to auto-fill fields from a paper business card.

Images — Upload your profile photo, company logo, and a cover image.

Personal info:

  • First name, last name
  • Job title, company
  • Bio (up to 500 characters)
  • Location (with optional map link)

Contact fields:

  • Phone, email, website (built-in)
  • Add more: extra phone, email, URL, address, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, Signal, or custom fields
  • Drag to reorder

Social links:

  • LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, Yelp, Discord, GitHub, Calendly, or custom
  • Drag to reorder

Payment methods (optional):

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Wise
  • Each with account name & number
  • Drag to reorder

Portfolio (Professional+ only):

  • Upload images with title and description
  • Up to 10 images on Professional, 20 on Business, 50 on Enterprise

  • Card color — Choose from 11 preset colors or leave default
  • Layout — Choose from 36 card layouts (some are Pro-only)
  • Icon color — Customize the icon accent color

Method 2 — Scan a paper card

1In the card editor, click Scan Business Card at the top of the Information tab.
2Allow camera access, point at the card, and take a photo (or upload an image).
3The AI reads the card and fills in name, company, title, phone, email, website, and address automatically.
4Review the extracted data and make corrections if needed.
5Continue editing the rest of the card (social links, theme, etc.).

Tip: For best scan results, use good lighting and make sure the entire card is visible in the frame. The scanner works in any language.
