Scanning Business Cards
The AI scanner reads paper business cards and extracts the details into your card editor automatically.
How to scan
1Open the card editor (create new or edit existing).
2Click Scan Business Card at the top.
3A camera view opens — point at the card and tap Capture.
4If camera access is denied, you can upload an image instead.
5The AI processes the image and fills in the fields: name, company, job title, phone numbers, emails, website, and address.
6Review the results and correct anything if needed.
How it works
- The camera captures a high-quality still frame (up to 1280x960).
- The image goes through contrast enhancement for better text readability.
- It is sent to an AI vision model that reads and structures the card data.
- Extracted fields are mapped to the card editor form automatically.

Tips for best results
- Use good, even lighting — avoid shadows and glare.
- Keep the card flat and fully visible.
- If using upload, crop the image close to the card edges.
- Works with horizontal and vertical cards.
- Works with cards in any language.

Tip: If the scanner misses something, you can always manually edit the fields after scanning.
