Email Signatures
Generate a professional HTML email signature from your digital card data.
How to create a signature
1Go to Dashboard → Email Signature.
2Select which published card to generate the signature from.
3Choose a theme — there are 37 themes matching the card layouts (classic, minimal, gradient, neon, brutalist, zen, etc.).
4Pick an accent color.
5Choose an icon shape — circle, square, or hexagon.
6Toggle which fields to include.
Available fields
- Profile photo and company logo
- Full name, job title, company
- Email, phone, website, location
- Social media icons (all platforms from your card)
- WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, Signal (if on your card)
- Link to your digital card
Using it
1Click Copy to Clipboard.
2Open your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
3Go to Settings → Signature and paste.
4The signature includes all formatting and images.

Tip: The signature is pure HTML — it works in all email clients without any special setup.
