Managing Appointments

Viewing appointments

Go to Dashboard → Appointments to see all your bookings.

Appointments are organized into tabs:

  • Upcoming — Future confirmed bookings
  • Past — Completed meetings
  • Cancelled — Cancelled bookings

Each appointment shows:

  • Guest name, email, and phone
  • Date, time, and timezone
  • Event type and duration
  • Location
  • Guest notes and custom question answers
  • Status: confirmed, cancelled, completed, or no-show

Cancelling an appointment

1Find the appointment in your list.
2Click Cancel.
3Enter a cancellation reason (optional).
4The guest receives a cancellation email automatically.

Calendar sync

Click the Calendar Sync button to connect your Google Calendar. This:

  • Shows your existing events as busy slots so contacts only see open times.
  • Adds new bookings to your calendar automatically.

Profile-based booking

On Professional+ plans, event types can be linked to a specific card profile. On Business/Enterprise, you can manage bookings across multiple team profiles.
